i can relate with what you said. i guess those people you know are really slackers. good luck to them for having such an attitude. and these people usually come in groups as they can't stand alone by themselves.
whew! i will never like working with such people. they're considered liabilities in any company.
I know what you mean... What could ever motivate them to become better and accept change?!
This is actually very true even in the workplace.
