Dear Children of the Wars.

You have lived through and actively partaken in the greatest pain we could do to ourselves as a race. We organized a number of mass killings of human beings, and that has released enormous amounts of grief and negativity into the world. You are the generation that lived this, and to say it took some resilience is an understatement.

Your middle name is resilience, stiff as a board. Sometimes it makes the younger folks sad to see you so brittle, in body and mind now. A conversation is almost not possible. This world has broken you and you've suffered deeply for all of us, you have laid the foundations for everything to come. You need our compassion and understanding, we need to take care of you despite anything and everything. Coming back full circle to child like helplessness and innocence, now is your opportunity to relate to the youth. You represent an opportunity for unconditional love and togetherness.

You were given the task of spreading wealth and opening the world to its self. In your life everything has blown right open, all knowledge is accessible to everyone. All races are connected, all secrets uncovered. Everything has become so blurred and confusing, we honor your mourning for a time of simplicity. We honor your honest and straight forward ways.

You are a dying breed, and the world you started in is so different from what the world is now. First there was television, now every bloody thing has a screen on it. To what end? All of this complexity sounds like foolishness. You certainly have a point, but at the same time we can't deny where we are now. These kids are going to have to figure it out, as misguided and disrespectful as they are. They have no common decency, this is true - but it's only because they've been shat on since birth.

For those of you who are still active, go and be with the youngsters with your quiet presence. They need your simplicity and quietude now. Things are going to keep changing, and even faster than before. Since you've been through it all you might as well go through this too - bringing that deep knowledge and experience to bear.

Thank you War Children, we honor you. You are special and we are sorry that we have forgotten about you in all of our busy racing.

Dear Baby Boomers and Generation X

A lot of blame has gone your way, and in part it is deserved. It's also not deserved, I recognize now your essential innocence. You were just doing what the world told you to do, go out and make some money. Make a life, live the dream. The conditions were absolutely ripe for it, despite several recessions along the way. These were warnings that what we are doing just isn't working, yet by that time we were already so focused on the game that there seemed to be no other way.

This deep focus on materialism, expansion, money, and organisation - has created entire castes of disconnect left brain drones. Unhappy, and unsure, and in deep need of healing. Where are the healers who will bring them back? Who will take the time to resurrect the people who have been eaten by the system? Chewed up and spat out.

You are new life after those wars which marked the darkest hour of humanity. Prosperity has never reached such heights as it has in your generation. Freedom has been opened up to, yet without realizing it - it has also been absently crushed. Please don't write off these sensitive youngsters, their battle is entirely different to yours. The hippies and 'flower power' gave you a glimpse of what is to come, and what the possibilities are. Unfortunately it was sucked back into the void, because it was't the right time. We learned that we have to move forward with integrity and full grounded-ness. It's not just a matter of dropping some high quality LSD.

You know about this integrity, you bought your own homes, and you built your own businesses. You know how to get things done and do it yourself. You know how to capitalize and put that capital to use.

No nonsense, this is good. Is it still good when you label the challenging and uncomfortable as nonsense? You've earned your rewards, but is that all you have? Fine drinks, meals, and homes are nice, but you can't deny the deep dissatisfaction with a world which increasingly no longer belongs to you. It's ethereal and digital now, you are no longer the gate keepers.

The leadership roles that you hold are based so much on kowtowing to the system. Emotional expressiveness and honesty have been outlawed, either that or you really have become institutionalized. We honor you, generation X - but we need to know you're still alive, we need to know you haven't checked out already.

You know things are bad, but there's the sense that your youth and enthusiasm have long past their apogee, best let things just run their course. It would be too much hassle, it would create unexpected and disruptive results. Let's be real. There is really no avoiding unpleasantness at this stage, it may as well be the result of us fixing things. Look to the youth for inspiration, then back them with your power and practicality.

Why can't these youngsters go out and build something like you did? They waste their money on trivialities. The truth is that what they earn is gradually becoming irrelevant, this false economy is failing. The environment is feeling the results of disconnected capitalism too. We are heading into something entirely different, and much more connected.

You've become comfortable in power or in starting to retire now - you have immense privilege, why is it being misused? We need you a lot, we need to know you can risk it. Comfort isn't real comfort if you go to your grave full of regret. Think possibility, dream a little. We need real guidance and practical advice, we need to build a new world and we have no elders. You went out and got yours, we congratulate you for that. Now everything is different, the world literally can't handle another generation going out and getting theirs. We have to do something different, so stop repeating the same stories and start really listening.

You are the most solid generation, you know who you are and you've seen the world. Don't let that solidity prove to be denseness, stay a bit open and flexible, stay a bit responsive. These kids might not have the deep establishment that you have developed, but they can smell the change and they know what needs to be done. Only by working together with both perspectives can we really get things moving.

Thank you Generation X for being solid and stable. We honor your ability to grow and maintain human endeavors.

Dear Generation Y

The forgotten generation, approximately 30 or 40 something. What is there to say? You know exactly what is happening, and a lot of what needs to be done has been delegated to you. Sigh, another day in the life of a human adult, with children running the system and children being born into it. You are the narrow band in the middle - a point of sanity in a strange and bewildering world.

You are old enough, with minds developed enough to understand what is really going on here. Yet you're young enough to still have dreams and sensitivity. In a certain way you've been pulled in many directions for your whole life, integration is the name of the game. Can you integrate all of this and give a well balanced perspective? Perspective is the other name of the game for you. We need your perspective. We need your truth.

I know you don't believe in that mainstream bullshit, yet going down a conspiracy rabbit hole doesn't seem to be much of a gift to the world. You've been lied to since day one, so naturally you are suspicious of everything that people tell you. Don't let a deep awareness of the truth become paranoia or complacency. Regrettably Some of generation X will not awaken this time round, we definitely need you generation Y - you are here to spearhead this operation. This is bigger than you, so it's time to shake it off and keep going.

You are in the perfect place and time - to take the right kind of actions. You can take action with the right intent, and without the self interest that has ruined other possible solutions. The responsibility is immense, and it can only be reconciled in one way. Through a deep connection to this planet as a whole, and/or a spiritual connection to your essential oneness.

You're being asked to go so beyond yourself, that the identity literally won't survive the process. That means you need to come from a deeper place. You've got great depth, and you certainly won't make the mistakes of the past. All of that karma stops with you, and you heal it for all previous generations. Only then will there be enough breathing space for the Millenials to grow into paradise.

It's simply not possible for you to go out and get yours like generation X did, either because they are holding on to all of the money, the economy is bursting, or because it doesn't interest you in the slightest. You will be wildly successful however, but only through building something of an entirely different nature.

What we need now is the integrated and in depth development of our human potential. You are truly powerful, and you know who you are. I know that many of you have been deeply drawn into self development and an understanding of what life is. This has made you strong and self sustainable. Let's spread that sustainability, let's go beyond our own personal needs to the needs of the community.

It really is time to go beyond ourselves now and bring this knowledge to the Millenials. This will be your only measure of success - how much service you can be to the incoming adults. How far can your influence of perspective and integration spread?

This is your task, to bring deep empowerment and truth to the youth today. Bring them back from the digital daydream. When you were born computers hadn't quite taken over yet - this is important. You must become the gods of our time, by humbling yourself to great purpose and the work that it involves. In time you will be recognized, but for now just keep your heads down. Know that this is your time to bring light to the world and to use your mind and actions to set the perfect example. You are the change, the Millenials will take your work and speed it up and expand it. They need your honesty and truth though, they need your depth.

Thank you generation Y, for keeping it real and not being misled like everyone else. We honor your perspective and integrity, and the huge task that has been left to you.

Dear Millenials

I understand that you've been given a broken world, and at no stage in your life has it not been broken. The illusion never worked on you, and you have no qualms in playing it out to the most extreme places. There is life beyond the matrix though, please trust me on this. I understand that technology and advertising is in your blood, it's fully integrated. Everything is a trick or a hack, your life is a series of memes. It's all been tried on you since you were 2 months old.

You are community builders, you are net-workers. To you, being connected is always in the back of your mind, you know what's going on socially and even globally. You know how to play the game like no body ever has, but is the game playing you?

Those old bastards might have a point, as clueless as they are. You might have to put your phone down and look at life with a fresh open honesty - if only to save you from getting hit by a bus. Yes this physical world is hostile, but if you always have your ear buds in you might never connect with a stranger who could change your life. Don't let connection forever be transactional and superficial.

We both know that the ever increasing spider web of social media has not made you happy. What would it be like to just sit with the trees and breathe, and to feel fully complete with just that? It might be time to know yourself in a broader sense, broader than the various @ handles and identities that you perfectly play out.

You are a superb actor, you are supremely adaptable. You are incredibly personable and presentable - but you have no idea who you are. You are lost, and in lieu of finding yourself you have chosen to go with acceptance and temporary feel-goods. You glide through the matrix on ethereal wings of hybrid DNA. You haven't suffered deeply, and that has left a lack of insight.

Yet truly you HAVE suffered deeply, and the suffering of the past is also heaped on to you. Poor millennials, not its not fair at all. We all have our part to play though, I don't think you would be put into this position if you weren't powerful enough to handle it. I recognize your power, that snide arrogance isn't entirely wrong - it actually spawns from a deep knowing that you are strong and are here to make some real changes. You will need tools though, without the tools and recognition there will be no integration. There will be no stability and longevity. All this will come with time, you are so fast, so clever, but only with patience and a vast way of seeing things will you be complete. This will come when we reconnect to our elders. If no elders are available, then you must be the elders.

Breaking all boundaries and open to everything, you have made everything OK and that is to be commended. Where it degenerates is pursuing these social games and ego games for the sake of it. We care deeply for you and where you are coming from. We care if you are happy and loved. We don't care what you identify as, that seems to be a power play - so get over it and stop generating unnecessary issues. You know better than anyone how complex and fucked up this game is getting, so lets not diversify the realm of suffering and martyrdom.

Hyper connected, undoubtedly intelligent, yet missing something vital. It's the mental health issues of generation X, but now it's faster and louder and cooler. It is more digital. We understand fully that everyone older than you has no fucking idea, but if we inherit their strategies of denial and avoidance we wont come to any solutions will we? Let's open up the conversation and try to let everyone be heard.

You bring diversity, you bring connection, thank you Millenials we are grateful. Time will prove to be your perfection.

Thank you Millenials for your charm and wit, and ability to cope with all of our bullshit. Thank you for being here now with your special skill set. The day of your rise has not happened yet, It will be here unexpectedly fast though.

Dear Generation Unity

Welcome home my brothers and sisters.
Welcome to the place with no division based on time and place, no division based on race or opinion.
Truly - this is our real home.
We know what to do, we are connected.
We act spontaneously and intuitively.
We have a deep feeling sense of everyone and everything, nothing needs to be explained.
We gently guide.
We allow deep healing to take place.
We are the future that is now, as all times and all places collapse into one.

We are generation unity, and we will accept anyone and everyone who is ready to be and to live from the unified heart space of now.
