J.O.B.LUES (Big Ass Head edition)

As a young person starting a job, you can either work for a company that has a family oriented mentality or one that looks at you as just a number. In 2003 I was 23 years old and didnt know what i was getting into. I had just graduated from I.A.R. in New York city, moved back to Miami, and asleep at my moms house when I got the call. It was my cousin who new i needed a job and he connected me with the company that I still work for now, 14 years later. The problem now is I need to grow. Shoot, growth is overdue. But the department im in now has no room for my Big Ass Head. And so now.... I have to grab the bull by balls! ill keep you posted...
