Did you watch the video near the end? It gives many perspectives on this crime .
Yes, there are people in jail for this. In the video it shows (6 minuets in the video) a 21 year old who was caught for similar crimes. It a power trip.

With the many teen suicide horror movies and games and sick people with power issues it was only a matter of time when this would popup to the surface.
