Remitaino is stupid

So I just sent 0.003btc (12.5$) to my remitaino wallet, only to check that check and not see my fund.
I am told they don't accept less than 0.005btc and it makes no sense to me. The customer service agent says they have to pay fees to accept btc. And it makes no economic sense to pay more than 0.005btc to receive 0.005btc.
I am yet to hear of one paying fees to receive a token. Remitaino just spoilt my mood
