Ah, I enjoyed this post. the different traditions were very interesting - thank you.

I will be having a quiet dinner somewhere with my hubs, then home! Not one for crowds and crazy people.

    Same here !! I celebrated mine at a local pub.. Bangkok was so empty because everyone fled the city. Happy New Year !!
