Today, I will share with you how you can reduce your stress NATURALLY.
Tip 1 : Drinking a lime-blossom tea cup will help you thanks to the soothing properties. Take a break, breath deeply 4-5 times, and drink your cup to help reducing your muscular tension.
Tip 2 : Add to your bath water 500 ml of infused verbena or 500 ml of infused lime-blossom tea.
Of course if your life is full of stressful situations, a cup of tea a day will not wipe out your tensions. But this little recipe is efficient to calm down during or after a storm, helping to re-focus and being relaxed.
I strongly believe that alcohol, medicines or symptoms are the worst things to do to fight stress, and you should try first the natural ways to relieve your anxiety and stress.
