Habits in your life
If you know how some habits affect others, you can learn how to effectively manage them.
Harmful habits like gluttony have the opposite effect. Once you enjoy a lot of food, but soon begins to lack energy for work and hobbies, you become slower.
The habit can be called important for two reasons:
1 . What it gives you, makes your life better - then you continue to do what you like.
2. Its consequences make your life worse - then you have a desire to get rid of it.
Pay attention, how much worse you feel when you surrender to a bad habit, and how much more energetic you become when you give preference to something useful. So your life will become more conscious.
