it was very interesting to read your post, making budgets seems to be a productive thing and helps to change what may not be right. I think I agree a lot with what you said. Actually I rarely did this exercise and maybe I was wrong. I find it particularly inspiring when you say you dedicate yourself to something new every year! I think I'll try this! but I would like to add that we always keep some space for our passions, without letting ourselves be overwhelmed by work and daily tasks !!

Agreed! I always try to keep space for some of my passions. Whenever I travel for instance, I like to play badminton in the new place I'm in and many of my friends ask me why I would want to do something that I already do back home - sometimes its comforting to do something you are passionate about, and it can be an especially different experience abroad.
agree on that too! it is very nice to see how we do what we love in different places and share our pleasure with others. maybe we don't even speak the language but we can do something together !!
