Congrats on making the pizzas. They all look delicious. Oh for the dough, it'll work better for the yeast if the water you use for it is heated up to 40 - 43 degrees Celsius. Usually, when I make bread/pizza dough, I measure the temperature of the water with an instant read thermometer.
