If It Pains Then Stop
It seems obvious...
But then you see people in toxic relationships, bad career and pushing themselves even when hurt. When you are hurt, it's alright to take care of yourself.
At first, stopping the things which pains you might seem hard. Like not playing sport, talking with your partner or anything. But remember, your well-being is of ut-most importance.
Take care of yourself. When in doubt, take a break and reflect.
