Hi, thank you all, how are you? Hopefully always healthy and creative at work

Fasting has been known by various generations. one ritual carried out by people fulfills the demands of religion or tradition. For a Muslim, fasting is a service that must be lived every day during the month of Ramadan. Aside from being a form of obedience to God, fasting also has a health effect. For this reason, we need to know the ins and outs of why fasting also helps the body become healthy.

What are the benefits?


Fasting seems to make the body become weak. this is reasonable because a Muslim does not eat from dawn to sunset.
When fasting, the body changes according to the duration of fasting.
I still remember the training in school which explained that, the body takes eight hours to absorb nutrients from the last meal. Thus when fasting we need to eat "sahur" as an energy intake.
By fasting one full mother will definitely benefit both physically and mentally.

1. Improve metabolism
Changing the diet from eating throughout the day and reducing it so that only eating when breaking fast and dawn will certainly provide an opportunity for the body to improve themselves. The food that enters will be processed by the body into sugar and the protein will be processed into peptin and amino acids. if excess nutrients are stored in muscle and fat tissue. when fasting the body has more opportunity to process food that does not accumulate too much. it will be converted into sugar and used in the form of energy for activity. Thus the weight does not increase dramatically.

2. Lose weight and diabetes
Fasting done correctly will lose weight. we only prioritize when breaking fast and sahur. if this is done correctly, the intake of foods mixed into guila and fat deposits tend to be less.
Likewise burning fat into energy helps reduce weight and cholesterol levels. Weight loss will have a good effect on controlling diabetes and blood pressure. On the other hand, the weight will indeed decrease if you don't eat and don't get calorie intake during fasting. However, it can rise again when breaking the fast. This is because when fasting you lose fluid, not substantial weight. Moreover, when breaking your fast you actually obey the desire to eat and drink.

3. Mental healthier.
With fasting a month then we will be able to control emotions. this is important because if emotions are controlled we will feel better. Therefore, when fasting we are encouraged to increase worship and obedience. Not just keeping from eating and drinking. By getting closer to God, we will be more calm in life
