followed by japanese, buddhist and indian monks of himalayas...and the live over 100 yrs and a very content life .. we cud have the same ...

Hello guys I’m back with my healthy stuff I love being healthy and I follow some morning habits that has been followed by japanese and indian monks and I love doing it. I know mornings are troublesome for many of us and it’s also a source of stress because of rushing to college, office and get ready and to think of the things that to be done whole day. But I think mornings are just best part of the day and by following my healthy morning habits you too will believe that mornings are just the best!!!!!
So here we go-
1. BE CALM
(the first thing to keep in mind)
Wake up early .Take it easy be calm and composed and remember not to use your mobiles because it will disorient you during the most important part of your day.
2. BREATHE & 5, 4,3,2,1( The Five rituals )
Meditate, or take a deep breath and say loud to yourself.
5 things you can SEE
4 things you can FEEL
3 things you can HEAR
2 things you can SMELL
1 thing you can TASTE
3. HYDRATE
One of the best things you can do after you wake up drink at least 500 ml of water. water fires up your metabolism, hydrates you, flush out toxins, and gives your brain fuel .When awake drink a glass of water to hydrate your body and to make sure not to eat anything for a while after you drink water in the morning.
so now here is the science behind it : your body works tirelessly throught the day and during sleep it does the 'HEALING JOB' . In this process it consumes all the 'weapons and tools' (vitamins,nuteients ,water ) at its disposal ,all we have to do it is replenish it again ..not with a hot cp of tea/coffee in the morning but starting from water ...the life..
4. Have the wholesome breakfast-
Have the wholesome, high-fiber breakfast, preferably plant based.(carbs are best in the morning even if u are trying to loose waight)
Share the meal with someone, if possible. Because as you sit with somebody and share your thoughts you will feel much light and happier. And if you are alone no worries just relax and have your breakfast and feel what you are eating.
Be mindful as you eat: actually see, feel, hear, smell, and taste the food in front of you.
5. Check-in with yourself
Fill out or discuss with someone else the following during or just after breakfast:
-I am thinking
-I am feeling emotionally
-I am feeling physically
-My 2 intention for the day are:
-2 things I’m grateful for are:
-One thing that would add to my happiness would be:
these are magical , do it for a week and u will realize ..
6. Visualize
Draw up your action plan the night before. spend a couple minutes in the morning visualizing these things.
7. Get snacking!!!!!
Prepare and set aside your snacks for the day o they are readily on hand.
8. Fresh air and body love
Exercise if possible, otherwise try to get some fresh air or go for a walk, bicycle or do some light stretching at home.
