Problems falling asleep? Try some of these tips
If you're having problems falling asleep (like me), you should know how annoying and unpleasant this is. I'm quite sure that I am not the only one that has it, as it is a very common problem lately.
First of all, try to use the bluelight-filter on your phone, pretty much every phone has it.
How does this help? It'll give your eyes less strain while looking on your screen and helps your eyes calm down before you go to bed.
Don't play any online games for 30 minutes before you go to bed.
How does this help? The adrenaline that rushes through your body while playing a game prevents you from falling asleep quickly. As said, it is best to leave your videogames alone for atleast 30 minutes!
Do not watch cryptographs before you go to sleep!
It might sound stupid, but this actually helps. Seeing you lost money today makes you sad, and winning money makes you excited. Both of these can prevent your sleep from kicking in right away.
Listen Alpha brainwaves.
You might think: "Why not just any music?" Well, listening music with lyrics and singing activates your brain to remember and mimic the lyrics. Thus, the brain will not be able to rest and ultimately take longer to fall asleep.
Alpha brainwaves is a long synth style music with no recognizeable voice or lyrics. It is very pleasant to listen to, but don't put it too loud either, as it might damage your ears!
