Looking beautiful isn't just about what you apply on your face. It's the little things you do that matter. A combination of a good diet, exercise, healthy habits, discipline, dancing etc. is what my beauty routine consists of. Also, I have no bad habits; I don't drink or smoke. All these contribute to me being fit and looking good...
It must be perfect to have such an elastic body.
I am probably the same age as your daughter. but despite my age, so I'm not sporty. Your wife is my idol from this direction. Its beauty makes me want to do yoga. I think my body and my thoughts need a nice change :)

@sean-king this is very true. whenever you want to accomplish something in life you have never done, you are pushed to do things you have never done and that's the actual stretching. Thanks for sharing this.
