[New Batch] - Homemade Toothpaste and New Recipe
Just made my homemade toothpaste which should last me for a while.
This batch is a little bigger than my last recipe so I don't have to make it all the time.
Seems to be a little less bitter and I love everything about taking a holistic approach to life and health.
Coconut oil, baking soda and essential oils.
Real deal, real life solutions.
Say no to bad water, bad energy and anything unnatural.
Always flow with the universe and as nature intended.
Say no to fluoride and chlorine added to our water supply.
Life is about choices.
Prep Time 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
6 tbsp coconut oil
6 tbsp baking soda
25 drops essential oil - I prefer eucalyptus and grapefruit
1 tsp stevia or more.
1 fork to stir
1 container for storage
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. I use a fork to whip it up really well and give it a light creamy texture.
Pour into a container and seal it up until ready to use.
It can change consistency based on room temperature.

Of course it is ok for the kids. Keep them away from Calcium Chlorides (and other variations) and Fluoride. Keep that Pineal Gland clear of calcification for life. :)

Nice coconut tree are very useful. VCO is great in external and internal body.
I never knew you could make your own...but then again, I guess if we take the time we could really make anything ourselves. I usually buy toothpaste when I get it for free. I never pay for toothpaste by purchasing them on sale and using coupons :) Thanks for the recipe!
I don't use any toothpaste with Fluoride. Neurotoxin and calcifies your Pineal Gland. I value my intuition and connection to my senses and the universe. :)
