AC is acting up at the office!
For some reason recently the air conditioner has been acting up at the office. I am not entirely sure what the issue is, but there have been multiple trips from the company to try and fix the issue. They have rewired the unit but that has not appeared to fix it.
I am wondering if there is a problem with the Honeywell wall unit. All of a sudden the screen will go black and the fans will shut off. Within 20-30 minutes the temperature starts to rise and we start to get hot. Sometimes we are able to override the settings on the unit and things will cool down. I am wondering if it may be best to go back to the old school sliding temperature gauge or a basic electronic unit.
The Honeywell unit we have now is extremely complex and connects via WiFi, which allows us to connect remotely to the unit and control it. The issue I do believe happened before the new Honeywell wall unit was put on.
The Honeywell model number is TH9302. If anyone else has a similar problem I would be curious to see if you have found a solution!

Maybe a pisssed off co-worker not at work at that particular time, enjoying a cold drink and messing with you all. So check to see who is working and actually in the building, not at lunch or on a run for something. When a thermometer is accessible to a lot of people, everyone is going to have their own "comfort" zone.
What model of an air conditioner is installed in your office? Do you have a remote control option? Perhaps someone is sending the air conditioner the wrong commands, and it's turning off. I say this because even the repair company says nothing wrong with the air conditioner. I'd also check if everything is okay with the condenser or the main connection. We had this happen to our home air conditioner. We fixed it so many times and ended up buying a new one at brightcamping.com. Now our air conditioner doesn't bother us anymore.
