We know that in some year people are more suffering on diabetes, heart disease, and many other heaths problems, which diseases are directly related with their food habit and work.To the development of science, everything is very change.people are work now on a single desk.this work is limited with keep stay on a place on whole day,whole month and after all whole life.Day after day ,this types of route damage them physical circle.Too little use of energy and take fatty and all other sourse ,can't consume thair body properly.It storing as a fat inside the body,which is very effective to maintains good health.
