Even to the heart of the enemy can be won by kindness and nice smiling.
It's also a Good things to talk with others with smiling face.
Hi @shariif, you are right... it's very bad to talk to anyone with a sour face. It caused someone's life miserable just by looking at your sour face. A smile can melt even your enemy's heart :D
