In my experience so far I have seen many people suffering from the same and then coming to me and ask about the validity of the statements said by others to them as I have coached multiple people and they do rely on me for feedback for themselves. They start doubting themselves for no reason, and their self-esteem reaches a point from where it gets difficult to come out.
Also for the people who judge others, it is difficult for them not to do so because it becomes a part of their nature and one can't change that.
So, it’s better for a person to cut off from such negative judgements all the time. If someone keeps on feeding negative thoughts in our minds about ourselves, then it is a thing to be taken care of at early stages. Afterall,
