As a culture, we have a somewhat lasting relationship with food.
The rural society of the village was not and could not be consumed. You were obliged to "eat to live".
Urban society has become a consumer that means "I live to eat", meaning I consume.
We divide society into three layers:
the rich: living to eat the money have the money to choose to look good and expensive.
The poor: they eat to survive or work harder and
middle-class: who's eating for fun. They want to live during the week and live to eat at weekends!

Let's present the food as a spectrum.
The end of the spectrum represents the "I eat to live". It interferes with the maintenance of healthy eating. It is more observable for women who want to have impeccable silhouette with a unique fear of overweight.
At the other end of the spectrum there is "I live to eat".
It consists of people who are emotional eaters who feel that time to eat good food is not available to them. They are busy. This is not true!! But they do not make themselves their first priority. What we see here is the fact that many of them are we think in a way that reflects the way we feel deeply in our midst.
The majority is located somewhere between the two edges. We use the food to cover our emotions, to feel better for ourselves, to remain weak, to reduce our guilt.

Food becomes an enemy and often we feel guilty about the implanted desire for pleasure and satisfaction.
The "I live to eat" is the term that does not serve the biological purpose of human beings and includes social, emotional and psychological factors. Consumption is the center of our lives and our daily activity is rotated around food. When we live to eat we are essentially in love with food. This is what we think all day every day.
"I eat to live" is a common phenomenon that needs any human body regardless of religion and culture. I help to reduce starvation and maintain a healthy and active person. Consumption is made as a fuel to respond to a full day and is not used as a pleasure.
The culture of food has made us choices of food with our minds and not with our body.
Balanced diet has a foundation based on 3 key areas:
natural: what we eat feeds our body.
Emotional: what we eat is a happy thank you
spiritual: what we choose to come from hearing the wisdom of our body.
The best approach is to be moderate and balanced. Food should be our friend who supports your journey, regardless of travel. It has to make our life more enjoyable and less stressful, not the reverse. Some people do not believe in food to survive, but because it brings happiness to them. It is all emotional, social and psychological. in fact, we do both according to our situation. we have to eat and eat to live. I believe it is the greatest mutual relationship on earth.
Of course, 90% of people eat to eat...
