I would add to this list - Triangulation and indirect emotional violence. Often times Predators know that if they themselves were to involve themselves directly it would blow their 'helpful kind' image SOooo instead they use other people to engage in their attempts to undermine others who are a threat to the power and control they have over the group or others.
