Inner peace is when we feel in harmony with ourselves and with our decisions:

Some tips to obtain inner peace are the following:

1.- Practice good:
Kindness is linked to inner peace. We just have to think about the well-being we feel when we do the right thing.

2.- Live the present:
This is a basic principle, we have to focus on what we are doing, since inner peace is broken every time we anticipate tomorrow.

3.- Be grateful for what we have:
Our level of happiness increases when we value what we have and do not give so much importance to what we lack.

There are some factors that impede our peace of mind

1.- Perfectionism
2.-The fear of loneliness
3.- Complicate the simple.

We can all achieve inner peace, we just have to put aside everything that causes us stress or worries. And focus on knowing how to live life, this is not achieved from one day to the next, it is a process, that if we propose it we can achieve it.
