These are strange times indeed. I think we are all going to find new ways to cope that may affect how we live when the pandemic is over. This is a world-changing event that makes the drama of Steem/Hive seem insignificant. Still, we can use these tools to be social and provide some extra income.

Indeed, @steevc strange times. I can't decide if I'm in a WW2 Home Front scenario or a post apocalyptic future film, both time lines seem possible.
It is an interesting time to be alive, for sure. One wonders how much this New World shall accelerate our digital lives and how much MORE we shall all be living in it...will there be a rush in such virtual living tech coming in the years faster than could have been IF this world hadn't taken this turn?
Things were changing anyway, but this will mean more companies will decide they can operate without an office. New businesses will come out of it and others will grow. I feel for those who can only do things in person, e.g. hairdressers and masseurs, and those those rely on people coming to them such as bars and restaurants. They will struggle.
