#Lockdown - Breaking News from the U.K.
Breaking News from the U.K.
As the Global Economy and Banking System continues to witness what can now only be described as Financial Armageddon, it has just been announced in the U.K. that Small Businesses that have been forced to close can now apply for an Emergency Loan of up to £50,000.
Having been left with no other option other than to apply for this £50,000 Bank Loan to survive, my heart seriously goes out to these Small Businesses that have been forced to close through NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN and now have to apply for a £50,000 Bank Loan just to survive.
This is a Bank Heist on a Global Scale.!!
Seriously, how can this be right?
This is going to be a MASSIVE, MASSIVE, MASSIVE PROBLEM down the line.!!
For those that are on twitter, I thought I would share with you the latest tweet I have just posted.
The tweet reads...
Seriously, how can this be right?
These loans should be GRANTS not LOANS.!!
Why should this liability be put onto the Private Sector books?
This liability belongs on the Public Sector books, NOT PRIVATE.
This is going to be a MASSIVE, MASSIVE, MASSIVE PROBLEM down the line.!!

I've been part of a business mentorship group since 2017 and the ONLY answer they have for this manufactured downturn is "borrow borrow borrow!"
No wonder none of their other advice has worked for me 😂
Fortunately I do a lot of work with e-learning, which is pretty stable and even growing in this debacle.
But it's very sad to see my own classmates swindled into accepting government loans.
Seriously, you have a nerve.!!
You slag me off on twitter, block me and then come on my blog being all nicey nicey.!!
At the same time, self-vote, powerdown and call #Steem.!!
Doesn't work like that.

Actually, I agree with you, and I apologize. I have deleted those tweets, unblocked and this won't happen again. I got carried away and acted in a wrongful manner. I will own up to that.
As far as power down (and I'm not trying to add fuel to the conflict) - I think Steem is better off without me. I'm sure many would agree with that. I gave it my best here for almost 3 years, to the point of making top-end promotional infographics and sending them to directly Ned, only to be ignored. And despite my recent failings, which I'm owning up to, I've been a team player here until things got crazy. I was even planning an animated guide through the wallet, I created visuals for it, but it didn't go any further.
Thank you for bearing with me, and again I apologize.
