After 20 Years in a Cave, This Man Comes Down The Mountain To Get A Vaccine.

After 20 years of asceticism, a man from Serbia, Panta Petrovic came out of the cave. He did just that to get the COVID-19 vaccination. Petrovic reportedly settled in caves in the Balkan Mountains or Mount Stara Planina. The cave surrounded by forest is in Southern Serbia.

In fact, the cave that is where Petrovic lives is very difficult to access. The route to the cave was very steep. Even though his residence is far from the reach of residents, Petrovic calculates the possibility of being infected with COVID-19. He also decided to vaccinate against COVID-19.

With thick, unkempt hair that is already white and a beard that is also white. Petrovic was excited to get his first dose of COVID-19 vaccination.

"The virus doesn't choose. The virus will come here, to my cave too", the 70-year-old told AFP.

He admitted that he did not understand people who refused to be vaccinated against COVID-19. He believes that vaccines can protect against COVID-19. In addition, he also invited everyone to be vaccinated so that the pandemic could end soon.

"I want to get all three doses, including one extra dose. I encourage everyone to get vaccinated," he said.
