How to avoid being Distracted and get back on Track!!!

Today, we all have a lot of work. Children go to school and adults work. And of course while doing work there are times when we lose focus of get distracted and our objectives of aims remain imcomplete. Moreover, after the origin of different social media sites and the internet, we tend to get distracted more. So here come the question that HOW DO WE DEAL WITH THIS DISTRACTION??

Well the answer to this is MEDITATION. Meditation is a practice where an individual operates or trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content, or as an end in itself. It also helps the mind to focus on 1 thing rather than thinking about something else and it is something that needs to be practiced daily. So practice meditation daily and i assure you that it will help you to deal with distraction
