Advice for young people to keep their spirits up despite their failures

in #lifelast month

Here are some things you can do to get stronger and more resilient.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic and health rules, our freedoms and social norms have been badly limited. As this situation goes on, people are getting more tired, annoyed, and worried about the future. We'll get through the hard times!

Stick to a daily plan and set of goals. Yes, it is hard to wake up without any plans. It's easier to get up and start the day when you have plans like a walk with a friend or an afternoon of games, reading, or writing.

Sports are good for relieving stress.

Allow yourself to feel sad, worried, or angry. Giving bad feelings space helps restore balance when you are going through pain. People who are sad cry. It's okay to cry, and it can help. Be honest with your friends about how you feel and laugh with them! At least laugh every day! Laughter takes away stress.

Please ask for help. To family, friends, or people at work. Do not ignore what took place. Accepting how you feel will help you make changes, find help, and decide what to do.

Do not stay in news and network loops.
Between online interviews, classes, university work, games, TV shows, and films, there are a lot of things that happen on the screen. This makes it hard to sleep and gives you headaches and tired eyes.

Screen-free time is very important. Being outside is great! Go look through books and music for those acts you've been putting off until tomorrow. Have a dream!

Remember to keep yourself going: Do something useful.
We all want to help other people.

There will be more chances to meet this need if people take more action, link, and share. You can do this with family, friends, neighbours, or the neighbourhood group.

You might want to join this group now. There is always a need for volunteers, and young people who help those in need feel better about themselves. This helps kids deal with problems and do useful things, which makes them stronger.

No things to do outside? Inside, look around! Look into your own life. Figure out your goals and how you can live by your values. What can you make the world a better place? At this very moment? What do you need to live, be happy, and be whole?

It's also a good chance to pay attention to your thoughts (fears, blocks, repeats) and what events or situations make you react in a way that helps you live in the moment. Getting to know yourself is a big part of becoming an adult.

It's great to feel thankful! Leaving oneself to seek the Beautiful, Good, and True! As the sun rises or falls, birds sing, people smile, friends call, offer support, and you dream of music or a stolen book. It's all part of a great story.

Be able to say thanks to everyone. A sincere thank you shows that you are willing to let the other person take the lead. Yes, it's great because we need each other. No one is always new or doing well! There are blues and breaks in life.

Again, it's not a flaw to feel bad, sad, tired, and like you don't want anything. If you move faster, you'll go up faster. Make sure to talk to a lot of pros.
