An abandoned condition

The place is lying in an abandoned condition. It is behind a house, where grass has grown and there is a tub, but because the place is kept unclean, it has become abandoned. People do not go there much. However, if the place were cleaned, it could be used nicely.

The authorities there have neglected it and left it unused. If it were used, many people could go there and the place could be used very well. If used, the place would become beautiful and look better, and it would appear more forward. Then the place would look quite nice and better.
