Let's be honest: working your job will never bring you the life you dream of.
I watched an Oprah episode today with Kyosaki and it became very obvious:

ALWAYS pay yourself first

Start a home based business for a few hundred and get tax benefits that exceed that initial start up costs by far. This is for the US. Each country has its own laws and tax benefits.

From your earnings with the home based business invest in more assets for yourself.

Note: Your house is NOT an asset, it's a liability since it costs you money.

Yet, about 90% of the entire world population has been programmed to work a 9-5.
To do that for 40 years and end up broke. 40 years of working a job you may not even like.

A home based business, provided you learn from good mentors, and are persistent in doing the work that is required, can have you retire in a few years.

People often react: "Oh, I can't give up television for 3-5 years"...yet 40 years to remain broke is perfectly acceptable to them.
