Drill/Driver

The tool is light, rests comfortably in the hand and the handle is covered with rubber . The weight of the driver is evenly distributed.

The switch for the direction is easy to use, even with one hand.

The setting of the torque levels and the gear selection are easy to select/change.

Most unique and important feature is the flexi click system. The mounting system is a bayonet catch and for transmitting the force bosch is using a hexagon shaft. Everything is made out of metal. To add an adapter you only have to place it onto the hexagon shaft and move the bayonet to the right position. With a 1/4 rotaytion on the locking ring everything is fixed and secured safely.
You have an optical indicator (small lock symbol) when everything is in the right position.
The accessories can be changed easily and the final position clicks in clearly.
Without attachment, the driver has a magnetic bit holder.

The integrated cool white light illuminates the work area sufficiently. The light has also a delay time for 10 seconds after the motor has stopped.
The battery level indicator is on the right side of the drill. If the battery is almost empty, the led will start blinking.

You have a magnetic hexagon shaft to mount directly bits in the machine. In this variant the driver is very compact and handy.

Bit holder adapter GFA 12-X

If you want to lock your bits you have to use the Bit holder adapter.
Bits and drills can be removed by pressing the locking mechanism backwards.

Drill chuck adapter GFA 12-B

With the auto lock drill chuck adapter you can insert 1-10mm drills.
The adapter is accurate and has almost no backlash.

Offset angle adapter GFA 12-E

If you have to work on the edges the Offset angle adapter can be a solution. You can move as close as 11mm to the edge. The adapter has a bit holder (similar to the Bit holder adapter) and can be adjusted in 16 different positions. To do so you can easyly push the whole adpater forward and rotate it. You don't have to dissasemble it from the machine.

Angle adapter GFA 12-W Professional

The angle adapter have a bit shaft and a bayonet mechanism. With this you are very flexible and can create crazy combinations. All other adapter fits on the angle adapter or just use the shaft (magnetic) directly with a bit or combine differnet angle adapters.
To adjust the direction of the adapter just push it forward and rotate it. (similar to the offset adpater)

Quick charger GAL 1230 CV, battery GBA 12V 2.0Ah

The quick charger is really quick. Close to an hour it's fully loaded. With the two included batterys you are prepared for all situations. While you are working with one battery the other is loading. Before the battery is empty the one in the charger is ready. You switch them in seconds and move on with your work. And so on..
Other great feature; you can use the battery in the some other cordless tools and so you are very flexible with only one battery system and charger.

L-BOXX 102

The L-Boxx is delivered with two inlays. All parts from the set has ist place in the box. And even then there is a liite free space for additional objects

Holster:

A holster is also included in the set. It makes a solid impression.
It has a rubber band with a button closure to hold the drill in place and a lug to mount it to your belt.

Summary

Why i like it? Why I use it?

This is not a magic machine which can do everything. Of course there are situations where a big 18V is nessecary.

But I like the combination between power, flexibility and comfort.

It's a handy, robust and powerful device. It's easy to use and with the adapters and the 12V battery system you are very flexible. There are more than 20 other devices out there which are using the same battery system. You can also upgrade the 2Ah to a 6Ah battery.
I use it in every single project even in large ones (playground for children and a sandpit in the backyard) where i used big and long screws. M6x180
It's not a cheap tool, but it worth.
This is my only drill/driver. And there is no need for a bigger/stronger machine.
