A woman earns an average 82 cents for each dollar a White male earns for similar work. Black women make just 60 cents on that dollar and Latinas only make 50 cents to that dollar. Black men make 75 cent to the White men’s dollar while Latinos make 65 cents...
Today is Equal Pay Day- the day that highlights the continued wage gap that countless of women and minorities face in the United States.
