Thakuri Kalai Dal
This lentil is known in our country as Thakuri Kalai Dal. Two or three types of lentil dishes can be made from it, and they taste delicious. First, these lentils have to be cultivated in the field. Then they are collected from the field and dried. After drying, they need to be roasted and then ground. After that, they are used for cooking lentil dishes. The dishes made from this lentil are tasty, delicious, and enjoyable to eat. These lentils are especially common in rural areas, and village people like them very much.
Today, some of these were harvested from our field and brought home. After bringing them, they were kept here and roasted and ground. They will be prepared for eating.
