What to do during Chap Goh Mei?
Have you ever cracked your head where to bring your family for Chinese New Year (CNY) visit? As a KL folk, I really don't know what to do besides visiting relatives, watching movies or perhaps just stay at home because the weather is just too hot to go out.
Now, you may want to visit the Tong Zhi Temple for the beautiful Chinese New Year lighting and decoration. Tong Zhi Temple is located in this small town called Jejarom which is 45min drive from the city centre. Every year this temple has attracted many visitors locally and from abroad just to check out their CNY decorations.
You can easily snap more than 100 photos in this beautiful temple. One more thing to take note, as there will be a lot of people visiting the place do walk in a group and hold your kids tight because the temple is so huge and you can lost your way.
This year is Year of The Dog. (Its the decoration theme for this year)
Its a magical place for children.
Today is the last day of Chinese New Year, we called it Chap Goh Mei. Perhaps, you may want to celebrate it in Tong Zhi temple before the end of Chinese New Year.
