Currently we are living in the era of Technology advancement. Living life has becoming so easy that every time for our any need or requirement we are trying the easiest one and everyone is getting used to of this easy life. A little bit difficulty in our Studies, Job, Life, Marriage, Money etc. breaks our mental state and again we choose the easiest path of our problems, which is SUICIDE.

According to WHO around 8 LAKH people do suicide every year, which means one suicide in every 40 seconds. In 2015 suicide has become the second leading reason of death of the age group of 15 to 29.

Our education is totally fail to build a healthy mental state to fight the challenges of life.
STILL we are not serious over this issue. Let me tell you one shocking fact of our country India that, In India there is not a single Govt. mental Rehab and Hospital or a Centre where there is a separate telephone line or staff is specially appointed to help the people who are on the edge of doing suicide. The reason of doing suicide is mainly social. The leading reasons are- Uncertain future, Failure, Love Relationships, and Failures in exam and so on, one thing common in each problem that they are related to society at the end.

The reasons of doing suicide can be anyone but the 3 out of 4 suicides shows the symptoms of depression. The planning of Suicide takes into shape generally in weeks or months before. So the person willing to suicide clearly shows the clear indications for US as- Lack of confidence, Unable to sleep in night, Like to be alone, Cut all the social attachments, etc.
If we found any of these symptoms in any of our nears and dears then we should help him/her. Our single step can stop them by taking them the last step of their Life.
