Can we manifest money?

I have always been skeptical of videos and articles claiming that one can "manifest" money out of thin air.

For those who don't know or aren't aware, manifesting money involves visualization of steps in which money appears in an account.

This is generally just a way to get over on desperate people. I am extremely wary of such claims.
