About the snoozing thing, I just want to share my personal experience.
Before i was living a really healthy lifestyle i was pretty much all day tired and i was sleeping like 10 hours a day and i was still tired.
I always kept snoozing when i needed to go to work or do some other stuff.
Now days i never use an alarm clock, Unless i need to wake up really really early for a crazy bike ride. I wake up everyday at the same time and i couldn't be happier.
I learned that if you'll train your body to sleep at the same time everyday, Your body will get used to it and you'll wake up at the same time.
But i want to add something, If you're a person that is physically active, You'll need to sleep a lot more. Since sleep aids to recovery.
