Mary Grace's Mango Bene
When I was posted to the Philippines few years ago, away from home, the only thing that could keep me cheerful was food. As I was walking in the shopping mall, I passed by this quaint cottage themed cafe called Mary Grace. Flipping through the menu, the mango bene/ cake grabbed my attention and I ordered it. The first bite felt like heaven, the best mango cake ever. Few years later, I'm still in love with this lovely cake. Maybe I just cant get enough of mangoes. Well afterall, Philippines is famous for them.
