The Importance of Being Healthy
Today i write about my very good friend Willy. He come to Thailand few months ago for start new life. To be honest he is not slim guy and he know that..:) When he came here his weight was about 130 kilograms. With out any exercise his weight start go slowly down.
After 4 months of his life in Thailand he lose 15 kilograms from his 130Kg. He don't use any diet program or something like that. He just start eat at a slower and more relaxed pace. BY this i try to say its not about what you eat but more about how you eat.
Yeah, it's quite good technique to reduce weight.
