It is $1.5 now, still really good taking into consideration it was 0.07$ on 6th of March 2017 :) I have been Steemit user for only a few days and I love this idea very much. Of course, I was interested how the coin price behaved before, and I found it on the price charts falling from $3.5 to $0.07 and again gaining $2.4 with a correction to $1.5 - which is the current price.
@exyle as I see you are using Steemit for more than a year now. It is great you did not give up when seeing $0.07 a few months ago. Now you have a popular Steemit account and with your Reputation/Power level and interesting content you have a good chance to be another crypto millionaire soon. Steemit should skyrocket in coming months.

I bought Steem gradually in the long downtrend all the way to $0.07. I knew it would go back up I just didn't know where the bottom was.
I wish I knew about this website when the Steem was $0.07. I have no idea about the atmosphere around the Steemit project during that time period, but I am sure after seeing the website and the idea behind it, I had definitely purchased thousands of Steem. This amazing opportunity was just a half year ago, wow!
The point is even now is a good time to buy Steem. There are so many exciting satellite projects (like DTube) appearing constantly, it will definitely push Steem price up.
As far as I know Steem is the only cryptocurrency building so huge infrastructure around it. @exyle taking into consideration your experience around crypto, do you think there is any other project potentially building such a huge currency consuming infrastructure around it?
