If I had to put it in a word....'professionalism' is the word I would use.
Love accomplishes little but respect....professionalism can accomplish much.
I agree. You hit the spot. Maybe I do not see that in the workplace anymore. That's why I have been seeing people leaving every month at work. Could have been different if professionalism is practiced.
