Jerry, im talking in a positive manner. So in essence "to develop a positive habit, or to really experience something, if its good or not, takes around 30 days" me.

A simple example is exercise. Do it for 30 days and see if it works for you or not.

"Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood, carry water."
