My Aunt-in-law once gave us a bunch of moose steaks. After soaking in buttermilk for a few hours they are some of the best steaks I've ever had. And all we had back then was a crappy George Foreman Grill. I can't imagine how awesome they would be if cooked correctly. I'm super jealous!
