Those who tries to use the head knowledge will definitely argue that this is just a psychological effect. Maybe it is; on a spiritual level, because when you have a country that is going through so much turmoil and the threat of ISIS is at your doorstep in reality, the spiritual awakening will be equally strong as the darker it is, the brighter the light shines.
