Lisa Metz
Originally from Cochrane, Alberta, Lisa Rose Metz is a professional dancer,
teacher and choreographer.Lisa's diverse background in tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary and hip
hop help her develop a strong career as an artist in the Vancouver,
BC dance scene. In addition to her work on TV and in music videos, Lisa has also preformed on stage in New York and LA, and has even choreographed and directed a feature-length
contemporary dance show named "Three".Lisa is also a strong contributor to the growth and development of
Vancouver's hip hop scene; spending much of her time battling, training and educating dancers on freestyle culture.
