No More Tension
There are various types of anxiety at different times. I do not get any relief if I get worried. Strive to try to get rid of it. Frustration from anxiety. So, worry should not be taken as much as possible.
One thing is worrisome because of anxiety and this reduces the effectiveness of the brain. Depression can be very difficult. Such as: feeling sad, headache, tiredness and fatigue, etc.
What I do to stay free from anxiety is:
Yoga, nutrition, eating, praying, remembering the Creator, learning to think everything easy. Good sleeping Seeing a good movie, listening to music, talking with someone in mind etc.
Life is not just parallel, but many disasters can happen in life. So, without thinking it unnecessarily, we need to find ways to get rid of it.
There will be thoughts in life. With the future, with the child, carrier. Therefore, it should be kept in mind that it is not a cause for worry.
