Those who know to let go, make room for the better

in #life3 years ago

That's how life may be at times, unfortunately. We soon realise that we are at the very top of the tower, on the highest level, and in the most beautiful setting... Some people believe that they already have all they desire, and that they are simply waiting for significantly greater financial returns, salary, responsibilities and job opportunities in the coming months and years. Then something really unexpected happens. Our time will come to an end, and it will be snatched from us. In fact, conditions might change so quickly that we could lose our jobs that give us the feeling that we're on top of the world.... In fact, our financial, material, and even reputational conditions might worsen to the point that we despise "others," prompting us to look down on them...

I'd like to examine how a leader or a person with a leading spirit approaches and responds to these situations in this blog article... Isn't it true that we all break apart in such circumstances? As a result, we will expire, perhaps even be destroyed, and our lives will become worthless and pointless.... What evidence do you have that this is the case?

Let's get things started with an ant, shall we? Isn't it true that "the only thing it has" in life is its home and a soul? Has he reached the end of his rope if his home is destroyed? Do you think he'll give up his ambition of becoming an ant for this? "Can you tell me what you're up to?" says the narrator. Apart from that, cherished house, you'll probably say...

It all starts over again, yup, it all starts over again... It tells us over and over again that we have no possessions in life. When that small ant's most valuable asset, namely its nest, is destroyed, it immediately goes out and builds a new one. He repeats the process over and over again, no matter how tough or time-consuming it is... What are our alternatives? What do we do when we no longer have what we assume we have in our possession? If we lose our home, a significant amount of money, a company, or our work, what do we do?

We have a tendency to forget... Remember that "we" are the ones who brought everything to that point and that we have the potential to do it all over again if we choose. To put it another way, those who leave us have such a grasp on us that we give them the authority to take our lives with them... They become the moorings to which we cling in order to maintain our existence. Is it true that the presence or absence of a bank account precludes me from being a "Pnar" today, towering tall like a mountain, and what I can do with it is unclear to me. Possessing one or more homes, having a career that is well-regarded, or opting out of having a job that restricts the possibilities I may bring to life today are all viable options.

It is for this reason that leaders do not lose or fall. These individuals are aware that those who leave will be replaced by more experienced personnel. Life demonstrates to them that it wants them to be better, different, and more in their pursuit of excellence. This "home" has shifted, and you must be able to attract this money in order to reap the benefits of all of the wealth that will come your way in a new and different way. You should conduct additional research. If you wish to find extra separate paths, you should not journey to the closed sides, but rather to the other directions that open up to you.

If you're reading this piece with me today, what do you think you should limit yourself to in life? What was stolen from you is no longer with you, has been completed, and is no longer relevant to you... You are on this earth right now to make it a better place by bringing better people into it... Are you ready to see it, believe it, and intend it? Are you willing to put yourself in their shoes?
