Friday greetings from the rock

Good morning everyone!

It's Friday once more and I've finally managed to get my first walk in for the year. It was amazing to be back on the beach and getting out for some exercise and fresh air.

This past couple of weeks have been excruciatingly hard as I've been dealing with some intense personal issues and coming back to the island was hard feeling the way I was feeling. I've not felt much like leaving the house or socializing much hence my leave of absence these past days.

I'm happy to say I'm feeling much better and that the silver lining on the dark cloud is visible once more.

From next week we'll tackle life head on again and I will surely be spamming you with posts and beach photos until you are sick and tired of seeing the ocean.. 😂 We've got another 11 months of photo opportunities on this rock so let's make the most of it.

This weekend is all about spending some time at home with my family who've all been scattered all over during the holidays. We're missing the girl-child but such is life.
