The 2 minute rule
The 2 minute rule is a real life-hack.
It makes you an instant problem solver!
The rule requires you to stop doing what you're doing when you encounter a problem that can be solved within 2 minutes and fix it on the spot.
You would be amazed what you can achieve within 2 minutes.
- putting things back after using them
- Washing dishes once you used them
- Making your bed when you get out in the morning
- Cleaning your direct working environment
These are just a couple of examples and I'm sure you encounter many more during your day in and around the house and work environment.
Applying this rule will be a bit of work and could be a grind in the beginning. But after a little while you'll start to notice that you have a lot less problems around you, which makes your mind more still, benefiting your health and allowing your development to take the next step.
@erikdenoorman, you are awesome.. most people tend to forget the simple thing such as making their bed.. and some simple every day things. When we do these simple things.. it became good habit. We should be proud of ourselves for doing simple things because we can do much more greater thing in the future.

To me it's notnecessarily the small things turning into big thibgs, but that I don't have to worry about them anymore. This way I can focus more on the bigger picture.
