Graduation day is coming...

in #lifestyle6 years ago

Hey Guys, Hope you are having a good day ...

From the past few years, I have learned so much and grown so much. Well, there were lots of reasons and consequences behind this growth. Every day I have to deal with lots of situations and problems but I am getting used to it. You guys may already know that I am an architect but I don't share about it. There are lots of reasons behind that...

First, I wanted to do my master's (Post Graduation) on management because I wanted to know about the business and management world and wanted to enrich and diversify my skills. Second, from the past 1 and a half years, I am away from the architecture world especially from professional work. Because, as a master's student it was hard to incorporate student life with professional life.

Okay, you know what, I am proud of being an architect because it helped me a lot. I respect every profession but the world of architecture is different, people call us crazy, weird. So, today I have decided to talk about my architecture life.

Academic Life:

I still remember the first day of my architecture life as a student, entering the world of creativity and art, science. Those who know about architecture life, only they can understand how much pressure you have to go through for 5 years. Students become unsocial, they only make friends of their own circle, away from the real world. Obviously, this is for design pressure, sleepless night and morning classes. I still remember I used to sleep in my morning classes and I preferred to sit backbench to take a nap. I have made enormous handmade models, digital drawings, sheets for presentations. Those days were golden and one thing I have achieved is tolerance.

You know what, we architects feel so proud because we can see the world in a different way and we don't regret that we are not like others. Now, everyone has individuality and everyone is different from others but I will tell you why we are different...

In this picture, what you can see?? Beautiful buildings, sky, cityscape, etc, etc. But, when we observe as an architect's eye, first we will see lines, lots of lines which further formed into different shapes and structures. Every detail matters to us and that's why I have achieved and enriched my perspective and observation power... But an artist will discover something artistic from this picture that's why architecture is part of the art as well.

But my sketches are weird, to be honest, I only have learned how to draw buildings and line work. I can't draw portraits or artistic drawings but our drawings are different and all are related to dots, lines and geometrical form.

I miss my architecture life, to be honest, many people think I don't know how to draw or I just have a certificate without any skills which really frustrating. I don't need to prove myself and don't need to show what I have. I believe in time and time will prove everything slowly, one by one.

Only 2 more months left, on January 2020, I will be fully graduated and my Masters will be over than I will again start my professional life in a new way. One thing left to learn and it's animation and after that my new career will be started soon... I will be able to work as an architect and entrepreneur so hoping for the best.
